The sale of products to distributors of “MIBUH” is regulated by these General Conditions of Sale.

These General Conditions of Sale are considered accepted without reservation by the Buyer.

"MIBUH” reserves the right to update and/or modify the content of these General Conditions of Sale at any time without prior notice, so the Buyer is recommended to periodically verify it.

"MIBUH"In order to maintain its essence in terms of image, quality and clientele, it will make a rigorous selection of each of the points of sale, asking in advance for all the necessary information to understand said business in depth.

Once the business is selected, it will have access to collections, sales conditions and all the information necessary to work hand in hand with the firm.

The “MIBÚH” firm is committed to maintaining sales exclusivity in the area of ​​said business, or at least within a 50 km radius of the business; so if possible you can take advantage of this form of work “EXCLUSIVE POINT OF SALE IN THE AREA”or else work”TO MEASURE".

To maintain the conditions and benefits as a point of sale, it will be necessary to meet the following conditions:

Minimum purchase:

✦ For each “Campaign Collection” a minimum order of €900

✦ For repeats a minimum order of €350. Being necessary to do 5 repetitions a year.

If the aforementioned is not met, the business will lose exclusivity by area and MIBÚH will have the right to look for another nearby point of sale.

Design modifications:

 – The client will have the option to make modifications and variations of our collection pieces, such as color, lining, decoration. These changes must be consulted in advance to guarantee their viability and thus the quality of the product.

 – All modifications and changes requested will have an increase of between 10% and 25% on the value of the piece that will be specified in each case depending on the technical difficulty, cost of material and labor.

Behind @Mibuh There is a creative department with a long history in the world of fashion and an artisan workshop that makes pieces with noble quality materials in millinery and where #signaturejewelry is designed for its own and for different brands in the textile sector.
Our workshop works as an “idea generator” to complement pieces for different brands with different “targets”.

In addition to acting as an image support for any product that is made "to measure", which will be physically delivered with its corresponding dossier and with silhouetted images of each "product/sample", so that they can be used digitally in the media and advertising.

Depending on the client's needs and their BRAND, it would be interesting to choose one of the two options that @Mibuh offers.

 

Modifications on current collection models

Our client will be able to personalize and adapt our collection to their own collections, where our signature would always have a presence in each model, (MIBUH); Our corporate image and packing would always be mandatory.

Before making samples and carrying out a study of the collection, designs, color and shape, both parties will sign an agreement and the samples will be prepared for the client.

The only increase in the scandal of the product would be 25% in each design, due to the search for raw materials, preparation of the product, and all the management that entails.

Minimum order: 6 pieces per model.

 

Preparation of complete collections for your “brand”

MIBUH and its entire workshop and production team will create completely custom-made pieces for your firm.
Previously, an exhaustive assessment of the profile and target of said brand will be made in order to achieve the intended objective and thereby guarantee the success of the designed collection.

This option could apply to:

 Collection only of images such as fashion shows, complement lookbooks, editorials, etc.

✦ Collection for physical or online Shop.

As a general rule, collections are made up of between 10-12 pieces, these being the minimum number of designs established.

It must be a closed and thoughtful collection, where the set acquires the value of collection design as such, there may be pieces of headgear, clutches, tiaras, silk flowers, belts and small jewelry, a harmonious and meaningful set.

By choosing this option, our workshop works only for your firm once or twice a year, for campaigns.

To determine the final scandal of the product we would talk about a quote per piece plus design and exclusivity. To be specified before signing a commercial agreement.

Formalization of the order and payment terms

Companies will have a 40% discount on all our products. Once your payment is confirmed by the accounting department, the order will go directly to the courier department for shipping and delivery within a period of no more than 3 business days.

Due to the company's internal regulations, no order may be sent, under any circumstances, that has not been previously paid in full.

Payment delays

Likewise, non-payment of the final amount after a week from when the distributor is informed, means that the firm has rights over the order, selling the designs if necessary; the buyer being forced to wait again for the production and delivery period.

Order cancellation

In the event of cancellation of the order for personal reasons, any advance payment made remains the property of the Seller as compensation for damages caused.

MIBUH is an artisanal firm that makes each of its designs by hand, with the greatest delicacy and care possible, which is why they require a production time that will make each model a very special piece.

This is why the estimated processing time is approximately 3 to 6 weeks for orders over €1000 and 1 to 3 weeks for orders less. If the order is needed within a period of less than a week, you must communicate to confirm the possibility of delivery and there would be an extra charge of 15% for orders less than €1000 and 25% for orders greater; since the workshop's production would have to be paralyzed to give priority to said sale.

The processing, expedition and delivery times will be counted from the formalization of the order, through its payment, and are merely indicative.

The Buyer shall not be entitled to any compensation for any delay in delivery. Causes internal to the Seller that result in a temporary stoppage, suspension or reduction in production give rise to extensions for a period equivalent to their duration, but may not be invoked by the parties as a cause for cancellation of orders, except in the case of force majeure.

National orders:

The cost of national shipments is the responsibility of the customer and is €9,00, VAT included.
When the order exceeds €1.200 including VAT, shipping will be made free of charge for the buyer.

Orders for Europe:

The cost of shipping costs will be €38,00 VAT included.
When the order exceeds €2.500 VAT included, the expenses will be borne by the MIBÚH firm.

The modification of this section is proposed, which would be divided as follows:

The terms and conditions of purchase of companies and users as consumers must be differentiated while the commercial relationship between consumers and businessmen is protected byLaw 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16.However, in the case of commercial relations between businessmen, it would not be regulated by the aforementioned law.

In this way, final consumers have a series of rights that all electronic commerce must guarantee, so it would be advisable to include specific terms and conditions of sale for consumers that include the following aspects:
