Shipping & Returns
Our orders are shipped through different transportation companies.
In national territory, we work with TOURLINE, Submit your tip, DHL y POSTAL EMAILS. We ship throughout Europe via DHL. For the rest of the world, our shipments are made through DHL.
For shipments to the Peninsula, packages will be delivered according to the shipping rate selected in the order:
*Standard order: once the order is placed, the delivery time is 7 to 14 business days.
*Express order: once the order is placed, the delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.
(Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays there are no order shipments.
IMPORTANT: In vacation period follow the instructions in the “complete purchase” section.

Peninsular national (including Portugal)
- Standard national rate. Between 7 and 14 days.
- National express rate. Between 3 and 5 days.
- Canary Islands Rate. Between 7 and 14 days.
International

- Eastern Europe, Switzerland and Russia rate. Between 7 and 14 days.
- North American Rate. Between 7 and 14 days.

Shipping rates
- National Peninsular standardr €6 + VAT.
- National Peninsular express € 16 + VAT.
- Canary Islands €30. VAT exempt.
- Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, United Kingdom €22 + VAT (European Union).
- Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Ireland €39 + VAT (European Union).
- Eastern Europe, Switzerland and Russia €69, VAT exempt. (non-EU countries).
- U.S. and Canada €90, VAT exempt. (non-EU countries).
- Rest of the world €120, VAT exempt. (non-EU countries)
Import clearance plus applicable taxes are the responsibility of the customer receiving the merchandise and are not included in the shipping costs paid to Mibúh.

All our creations are handmade. Our delivery times usually range between 7 and 14 days, depending on the workload and the supply of materials. In the event that a delay is expected, we will contact you to warn you.

The scope of online sales includes all European territory (for other destinations, contact by email at the address info@mibuh.com), at the delivery address you provide us.

Returns
