Shipping and returns
Our orders are shipped through different transport companies.
In national territory, we work with TOURLINE, TIPSA, DHL and CORREOS POSTAL. We ship to all Europe through DHL. For the rest of the world, our shipments are made through DHL.
For shipments in the Peninsula, packages will be delivered according to the shipping rate selected in the order:
*Standard order: once the order is placed, delivery time is 7 to 14 working days.
*Express order: once the order is placed, the delivery time is 3 to 5 working days.
(No orders will be shipped on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays.
IMPORTANT: During holiday period follow the instructions in the "checkout" section.

Our orders can be delivered anywhere in the world.
→ National. Mainland Spain and Portugal. For Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla there are specific conditions.

- Eastern Europe, Switzerland and Russia 69€, VAT exempt (non-EU countries).
- United States and Canada €90, VAT exempt (non-EU countries).
- Rest of the world €120, VAT exempt (non-EU countries)
The import clearance plus applicable taxes are the responsibility of the customer receiving the goods and are not included in the shipping costs paid to Mibúh.

All our creations are handcrafted. Our delivery times usually range from 7 to 14 days, depending on the workload and supply of materials. If a delay is foreseen we will contact you to let you know.

Mibuh is an artisan firm, which makes its pieces on request, so the return does not fall within our services, but we always try to satisfy and provide solutions to our customers, so we provide the following contact phone number for sending photos, messages, etc. in such a case, and to analyze the Quality Department, what happened 662 68 82 36.
In the event that the return of the item is accepted, the credit will be made within a maximum period of 3 working days, in the same way in which the payment was made.
